This is Harle/Tukuyomi, the jester from Playstation's RPG, Chrono Cross! I've always wanted to draw her... definitely one of my favorite chars in the game 
(Who knows, maybe I'll even cosplay her someday, hehehe

Sucky background as usual, but I really liked the way it turned out, as a whole... and it didn't take as long to finish it as I thought it would, at first ^^
Oh, and please check the full version... at least in MY opinion, it looks better ^_-
